Key Responsibilities

  • Produce all menu items efficiently and consistently while maintaining company standards
  • Lead shifts and assist in managing budgetary goals

  • Ensure the use of top-quality ingredients while managing costs

Key Requirements

  • Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant with strong production skills
  • Desire to motivate and develop team members

  • Culinary leadership experience is a plus
