Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Transform complex data and information into compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss project needs and deliverables.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive project development.
- Drive initiatives to improve presentation standards and create templates for various stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on business analysis.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- A degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is ideal.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office Suite applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into visual formats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project management and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additional Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a government consulting environment is a plus.
- Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability to make informed decisions and deliver recommendations with limited information.
- Must demonstrate confidence in decision-making and communication.
