Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable
Ensure accounts are delivered
Manage accounts receivable
Ensure progressive invoicing.
Enter contracts, purchase orders and modifications into System.
Check, analyze and code invoices.
Analyze files to explain discrepancies between disbursements
Correspond and answer questions regarding payments, invoice corrections, etc.
Work closely with project managers
Correspond with government agencies in the event of problems.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation and GST / QST payment.
Process payroll and expense accounts and verify time sheets.
Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required.
Qualifications
DEC / BAC in Accounting or other relative experience
3 - 5 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with Maestro or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
Proficient in excel
Bilingual (an Asset)
