As a Clinical Application Specialist, Ultrasound you will be responsible for :
- Collaborating daily with Territory Sales Manager
- Providing ongoing customer support through ultrasound installations, upgrades, phone support and training programs. Maintains knowledge of current trends in ultrasound portfolios.
- Working collaboratively as a partner of the sales team to meet company objectives and provide optimal customer support within their region.
- Strategically planning and performing demonstrations that result in clear differentiation of the products both clinically and technically, as well as provide the clinical and business solution (value) to each specific customer.
- Implementing training programs, providing a high degree of professionalism.
- Supports National and Regional trade shows.

- Proven ability to use active listening and conflict resolution skills and customize presentation to audience in competitive activities, handle customer objections, and product issues.
- Proven ability to adjust teaching style to address specific customer learning curves, personalities, and complexities within their specific institution.
- Must be able to travel 70% by plane and car
Required skills to have for the success of this role :
- Must be RDMS or RDCS registered
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years as a Sonographer
- Bilingualism English / French language : The successful candidate for this position must be bilingual. Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position for the following reason(s) :
- The role requires interacting with English-speaking customers and suppliers across Canada and / or internationally;
- The role requires regular interactions with Siemens colleagues based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally;
- The role requires using software or technology that is available only in English;
- Adaptability to standing long hours with or without lead apron
- Ability to safely move Ultrasound equipment
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have valid passport
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions
