As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation in the office, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and providing administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, adaptable, have superior communication and interpersonal skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating and organizing multiple assignments, tasks, projects, and meetings for management and executive teams
- Editing and preparing, revising, proofreading and finalizing documents with an eye for accurate grammar, sentence structure and punctuation
- Taking minutes
- Maintaining workflow and managing sensitive, confidential information
- Gathering project information and generating reports and presentations
- Interacting with senior managers, executives and their assistants as well as internal employees or external consultants with tact, diplomacy and confidence
Qualifications
- Proven ability to handle confidential information
- 3-5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Adobe
- Skilled in expense management software Concur
