If so, we have the perfect role for you!Our client a leading professional services organization is looking to add a Corporate Receptionist to their team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to : - Welcoming and greeting clients, answering phone calls that come through the main switchboard- Providing exceptional customer service to visitors - Managing and following up on work flow through the front reception area including boardroom, and kitchen area - Boardroom scheduling for numerous boardrooms and processing courier packages and catering requests- Maintaining office supplies, including kitchen - Performing administrative tasks as requested- Liaising with vendors, clients and staff to represent the organization in a highly professional manner- Executing other responsibilities as requiredCredentials : - Post-secondary degree or related - a definite asset - At least 2-4 plus years of reception or reception / administrative experience in a professional corporate environment - ideal- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook- Ability to handle multiple calls using phone system- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills- Great attitude, ability to prioritize and juggle multiple priorities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, pro-active attitude - Ability to work well within a team environment and independently- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailIf interested, please send your resume as a Word document to Katharine Yau to the following address : katharine.
