Position Overview
Not only do you have years of construction experience under your belt, but your knowledge of natural gas infrastructure is second to none.

In this role, you’ll oversee our Metro Vancouver region construction employees and activities, maintaining the safety of your teams and the integrity of assets and equipment in your area.

In year 1, you will :
- Familiarize yourself with the software and applications used to schedule and complete deliverables on time and within budget.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Manage and dispatch work effectively and efficiently.
- Champion our safety culture to safeguard against accidents and injuries.
In year 2, you will :
- Expand your knowledge of resource and administrative budgets.
- Develop relationships with external stakeholders and municipal contacts.
- Partner with peers and internal stakeholders in developing strategic intitiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Mentor and coach employees to support performance and quality of work.
- Provide ongoing training and development to staff.
What it takes :
- Five years of management experience with a focus on natural gas infrastructure. Post secondary diploma considered an asset.
- Previous experience in construction, underground utilities, and emergency response is an asset.
- A passion for developing quality solutions with a safety-focused mindset.
- A collaborative and inclusive approach to strengthening connections in the workplace.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite such as Word, Excel, etc.
