Warehouse Processor / Sipper Receiver position :
Straight morning shift 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm
RRSP
50% warehouse duties - 50% computer and documentation
Supporting SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
Working Conditions : Regular periods during which there is continuous physical exertion required, e.g., walking, standing, stooping, lifting material or equipment (up to 30 / 40lbs).
No safety shoes required, super clean and organized warehouse
Manual work, must be extremely capable to perform tasks that require high attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, verify and record incoming goods against packing slip or other documents.
- Move items to assigned racking.
- Prepare items for shipment by verifying order details, picking material, packaging and labeling requirements.
- Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Delivering raw material to Production when requested.
- Collection of shelf life and lot number information for tracking and traceability purposes.
- Maintain internal record keeping system.
- Retrieval of quality documentation.
- Packing of manufactured goods for shipment.
- Basic housekeeping of the Shipping area.
- Knowledge of dangerous goods and asset.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and high attention to detail
- Good physical fitness as the role requires both sitting and standing operations (max weight 40lbs)
- Proficient in reading, writing and listening skills required, together with a good command of the English language is mandatory
- High attention to detail is essential with the ability to work independently.
- Experience preparing international shipments including customs documents.
- Extensive knowledge of major couriers including how to operate their respective software systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate a safety conscious mindset.
- High standards of professionalism and work ethics.
- Ability to be a Team player.
