JOB SUMMARY :
Looking for an outgoing and customer service oriented individual to join our team.
Full Time 30-40 Hours / Week
Rotating Shift - Mornings, Afternoons, Weekends
Key job responsibilities :
- greet and welcome clients
- secure bookings
- manage appointment schedules
- process transactions
Previous experience as a receptionist preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, a must.
Proficient with computer and Microsoft software.
Committed to providing excellent Customer Service on the phone and in the salon.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
Does not require License or Certification.
