About The Opportunity :

The Legal Counsel will provide legal support and guidance to the executive team and various departments within the firm - helping to structure our commercial agreements, and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

This role requires a proactive approach to legal matters, the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into written agreements - working in collaboration with our outside legal specialists in the areas of Partnership law, securities litigation, and regulatory compliance.

This is a dynamic role, characterized by a stimulating variety of subject matter and challenges. It also comes with a pathway to significant career growth as our legal team evolves to meet the exponential growth needs of Q Wealth Partners.
