Title : Sr Devops Engineer
Location : Calgary AB (Onsite)
Duration : 3 Months Contract
Responsibilities :
- Migrate and test migrating significant Control-M jobs (PowerShell, OS procedures, and SQL scripts for Oracle and other databases) from Azure and AWS EC2 to AWS Step Functions, AWS Batch and Lambda
- Provision AWS infrastructure using Terraform IaC and CI / CD pipelines.
- Develop observability capability for execution monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration and zero-downtime deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues.
- Document migration processes and best practices.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in cloud migration projects, specifically Step Functions, Batch, & Systems Manager for AWS.
- Strong knowledge in Azure and AWS.
- Proficiency in Terraform IaC, GitHub platform for source code management and git branching pattern
- Experience in GitHub Actions for CICD.
- Experience in PowerShell, SQL, etc based scheduled / cron jobs.
