What will you be doing?
- Call centre to support the online orders for clothing client
- Taking phone calls, email or online chat
- Assisting clients with issues on online orders, assisting with ordering etc.
What do you bring?
- Excel at Written and Verbal Communication
- Charismatic and outgoing personality with pleasant phone etiquette
- 6 Months of proven customer service experience at a Contact Center
- Ability to identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Strong active listening skills, with the ability to clarify information and diffuse situations as needed
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- Analytical / problem solving skills
- Comfortable with product consultation, upselling, and product recommendations.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Understands and strives to meet or exceed call center metrics
