Position : Service Technician - Forklift technician

Region : Ottawa - Gatineau

Shift : Day

Industry : Heavy machinery

Salary : $32 to $45 / hr depending on experience

Responsibilities

As a service technician in the heavy machinery industry, your duties will be :

• Repair electric sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Repair propane and gas forklifts
• Fill out purchase orders and do the billing
• Work independently
• Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications

As a service technician in the heavy machinery industry,your qualifications must be :

• Heavy duty mechanical degree or
• Experience as maintenance technicians in forklifts maintenance or other heavy-duty machinery
• 5 years experience in mechanical maintenance
• Experience as a service technician or customer service experience (an asset)
