Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.
Work with building staff to ensure the standards of the clients, owners and tenants are met.
Responsible for ownership monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including operational budgets, capital projects and financial performance of the property.
Responsible for building revenue and expenses including preparing and operating within the yearly budget.
Tender and manage all capital projects, both current and upcoming with the help of the Director and Operations Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
Technical Skills
3+ years of commercial property management is required, preferably with high rise experience.
Real Estate License, including Condo License
A highly organized individual who has an eye for detail and accuracy is required.
Experience in large towers with large tenants required.
Relationship Skills
Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships.
Professional interaction with colleagues and tenants is required.
Organizational / Multi-Task Skills
Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities and adapt to new ideas and constant changes.
Ability to work with little supervision, while maintaining a strong knowledge of the property, and all the aspects that encompass property management.
Computer Skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
