ABOUT THE ROLE :
As a Staff Technologist, you will be working within a dynamic team and will be responsible to plan, coordinate and conduct assessment activities for medical laboratory accreditation as part of our ISO 15189Plus Program.
Main Responsibilities :
- Coordination of, and participation in, accreditation.
- Review and analysis of submitted self-assessments and corrective actions.
- Review and revise accreditation requirements.
- Monitor the quality of accreditation processes and procedures and initiate process improvements.
- Attend regular staff meetings and meetings with advisors / consultants, stakeholders, and client personnel.
- Minimum 30% travel required (national and international) to support accreditation activities.
- Support market development and generate new business opportunities.
Must Have Qualifications :
- Designation as a Medical Laboratory Technologist.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience and knowledge in Laboratory Medicine.
- Good standing with relevant professional college (e.g., CMLTO).
- Have a minimum of bachelor’s degree and / or health care diploma in a healthcare related field.
- Are technically savvy with excellent computer skills.
- Current Driver’s license.
