We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic team, where you'll be essential in maintaining our fleet and heavy equipment in top-notch condition! In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal safety and efficiency in snow mobile trucks / machinery.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair equipment in both the shop and at customer sites, ensuring maximum uptime.
- Operate machinery for testing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting purposes.
- Weld and fabricate parts as necessary to enhance equipment performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers about equipment issues and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Work independently while consistently demonstrating high-quality workmanship and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of trucks or heavy equipment preferred.
- 421A, 310T, 310S licenses asset *not required
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems
- Valid Class G driver’s license; willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Mobile Handling Equipment certification is preferred; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Systems
- Exceptional organizational skills and a positive attitude with a desire to learn in a growing environment.
