About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HRBP with a strong background in startups and SaaS companies and 5+ years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, and be proficient in English. This role involves managing all HR-related activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the HR function, and supporting our diverse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Paperwork Management : Oversee and manage all HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Team Conversations : Facilitate open communication across the organization, addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- Team Leads Coaching : Provide guidance and support to team leads to enhance their leadership skills and improve team performance.
- Performance Reviews : Coordinate and manage the performance review process, providing feedback and development plans to drive employee growth.
- Employee Relations : Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
- HR Strategy Development : Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Training and Development : Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Compliance and Policies : Ensure company policies and procedures are compliant with local laws and aligned with best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a startup or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing team leads
- Experience with GTM / Sales / Commercial departments
