Office Manager
Location : Edmonton, AB (100% onsite)
Full-time Permanent position
Salary range is $70,000 - 85,000
Our mid-sized client is looking for an Operations / Office Manager on a full-time permanent basis working 100% onsite in Edmonton, AB.
Candidates MUST come from a benefits and / or pension industry company to be considered at this time. Please only apply if you have worked for a benefit or pension company recently.
This position will be responsible for managing the office services team, has a true passion for service excellence and a continuous improvement mindset.
We need someone who is proactive, can resolve escalated member issues, collaborate with other managers, implemented change management, document processes, provide backup to the team as needed, managing the team’s workload and schedules, create processes, be a strong leader but also comfortable being hands on with members as needed.

Requirements :
- Must have 4+ years’ experience working in a Benefits and / or Pension environment
- Prior experience managing an office team of 5+ people
- Prior experience in a union environment
