The team :
When it comes to telling the world about Jobber and moving new people through a funnel, Marketing is your department. They handle everything from spreading awareness, to answering What’s Jobber?
to getting new customers in the door, to turning those customers into Jobber advocates!
The Product Marketing team focuses on the value that Jobber delivers to new and existing customers. Working closely with key stakeholders across Jobber, they drive pricing, packaging, positioning and messaging, product launches, market research, competitive intelligence, and other initiatives that push our brand and business forward.
The role :
Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager, Integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) will :
- Understand the market to build impactful stories : You’ll know our customers and the market intimately, and work closely with the Director and the PMM team to identify the most impactful product narratives for Jobber to communicate.
- Lead integrated go-to-market : You’ll use creative thinking and a revenue mindset to plan and execute impactful, cross-company GTM moments.
You’ll understand the business impact and know how to pivot or evolve to keep us moving toward our goals.
Champion our product positioning : You’ll work with teams across Jobber to implement our product positioning strategy so it’s clearly communicated to the market and to our customers through channels like : sales, customer success, social, website, customer newsletters, and partners.
Lead internal enablement : You’ll keep the entire organization connected and excited about our product through a solid internal comms strategy.
You’ll keep the PMM and customer-facing teams connected, to make sure we have the right motions in place to set them up for success.
Push for GTM excellence : You’ll learn from what’s working and what’s not, and make improvements to things like : integrated go-to-market process, product tiering frameworks and product roadmapping.
To be successful, you will need :
- Ideally you have 5+ years of marketing or brand experience, preferably Product Marketing, leading go-to-market strategies in a B2B SaaS environment.
- A customer first approach . You have a passion to communicate with, learn about, and serve Jobber customers around the world.
