We are seeking a motivated and reliable Corporate Office Admin to be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and administrative support.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
This is a full time permanent position that requires you to be Bilingual (French-English)

Responsibilities
Efficiently multitask and prioritize between multiple client procedures and service level agreements while processing mortgage loan document packages
Elevate any data and document discrepancies to our clients and management team for resolution in order to avoid transactional delays
Monitor multiple mailboxes and workflows as well as handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as mail and scanning of documents
Support the team by providing quick and precise responses based on client requirements and FCT standards
Seek opportunities to improve customer experience by taking ownership of every file by recognizing trends and identifying areas requiring process improvements
Qualifications
French is a must
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a customer service, or administrative support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (phones, fax, photocopier).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
