Job Description
As a Billing Clerk , you will manage billing processes and ensure accuracy in invoicing, payment tracking, and financial records. This role is crucial to maintaining our operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices promptly and accurately.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries about billing.
- Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain detailed financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
- Generate billing reports for management.
