About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive (AE) to join our dynamic Sales Department and drive revenue growth by focusing sales execution and closing high-value opportunities.
The AE is responsible for unlocking qualified leads and taking qualified leads from the various Zaddons sales channels and driving them to closure. Collaborating with Field Alliance Manager and Subject Matter Experts , the AE will provide scheduling solutions to prospective customers, demonstrate Zaddons’ value proposition, and negotiate contracts. This role is focused on executing the sales cycle with precision, building customer trust, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible to :
- Deal Execution : Manage the sales cycle from lead handoff to contract signing, ensuring timely and successful deal closures.
- Collaboration : Partner with the Field Alliance Manager to maximize qualified opportunities and leverage insights into prospects. Work with the Subject Matter Expert to deliver impactful product demonstrations and address technical inquiries.
- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their business challenges and aligning Zaddons’ solutions to their needs.
- Negotiation and Closing : Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and Zaddons, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Solution Selling : Clearly articulate Zaddons’ value proposition and ROI, tailoring the pitch to address customer-specific challenges and objectives.
- Account Growth : Partner with the customer success department to identify expansion opportunities within closed accounts for upselling and cross-selling Zaddons’ add-ons.
