Description de poste

All Out GD is a fast-paced wrap, tint, and paint protection shop offering high-quality vehicle customization services. We are looking for a highly efficient, sales-driven, and organized Front Office Manager to handle daily shop operations, manage scheduling, and drive sales. This person will be the face of the shop , ensuring smooth customer interactions while also assisting with printing and other shop-related tasks.

Compensation : 16 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities :

Sales & Customer Service

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Provide pricing, recommend services, and close sales confidently.
  • Follow up on leads and past customers to maximize sales.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly customer experience.

Scheduling & Shop Coordination

  • Book and coordinate jobs efficiently to maximize shop productivity.
  • Communicate with installers to ensure workflow runs smoothly.
  • Track job progress and ensure deadlines are met.

    • Administrative & Shop Support

  • Manage daily operations of the front office.
  • Handle payments, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Operate and maintain printing equipment for wraps and decals.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized shop environment.

    • Qualifications :

  • Strong sales skills – confident in closing deals and upselling services.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with scheduling and managing shop workflow.
  • Basic computer and printing knowledge (or willing to learn).
  • Problem-solving mindset – able to adapt to daily shop challenges.
  • Previous experience in the automotive, wraps, tint, or sales industry is a bonus.
