Our client is offering short term contract employment opportunity for an Accountant - Entry Level. This role involves a variety of responsibilities within the accounting sector, with a focus on maintaining and updating financial records, processing accounting data, and managing inquiries related to accounts.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer credit applications.
• Maintain and update customer credit records with high precision.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses.
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when needed.
• Perform general accounting tasks including account analysis and account reconciliation.
• Efficiently process accounting entries and document all processes.
• Reconcile credit card transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions in performing accounting functions.
• Leverage knowledge of Dynamics NAV and Adobe Acrobat in day-to-day tasks.
• Ensure correct account coding in all accounting entries and operations.
• Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in account coding is a necessary skill
• Experience with accounting software systems is required
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is preferred
• Familiarity with Dynamics NAV will be an added advantage
• Experience with ERP solutions is highly desirable
• Ability to perform account analysis is a must
• Experience in handling accounting entries is necessary
• Proficiency in accounting functions is required
• Skills in account reconciliation are essential
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required
