Job Description Summary

Strong Platform Engineer with Infrastructure / Delivery Project management experience who Designs, builds, and maintains a stable and efficient infrastructure to optimize service delivery across Production, QA, and Dev environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all environments including health check, connectivity with partner systems.

Work independently and perform release activity such as raising request for UAT / PROD deployment, debugging the issue, prepare / present the release documents.

Able to articulate issues / challenges and communicate the risks proactively.

Handles code releases in various environments.

Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues

Creating automation templates, standards and out of the box tools to create a consistent DevOps approach to improve all phases of the process and ensure end-to-end quality across functions.

Will be responsible for monitoring server and application performance using one or more Application Performance Monitoring tools.

Will be responsible for CI / CD pipeline build, improvement, and management.

Work with engineers on the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of important infrastructure services (., logging, monitoring, and alerting).

Ability to diagnose & address application & Instabase platform issues.

Able to provide support and troubleshoot product and infrastructure issues in production environments.

Evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability of websites continuous integration environments.

Partner closely with software development teams using a strong dev-ops mindset.

Required Skills / Experience

Experienced with core Cloud infrastructure and OpenShift, Micro services, AWS.

Strong knowledge of Linux and / or Windows OS. Experience with programming and scripting with languages like Python, Bash, SQL.

Should have familiarity with Relational database.

Experience in managing Infrastructure projects for Enterprise Container Solutions / OpenShift / Cloud computing by defining scope, dependencies, and priorities.

Experience working with deployment / configuration management tools like Bitbucket, CI-CD pipelines (Jenkins, Tekton, Harness, .

Utilizes version control tools like GIT, Bitbucket.

Experience of Cybersecurity tools and its implementation.

Good to have experience on Instabase / OCR / Intelligent Doc management.

Experience managing deployments / releases.

Experience on change process management.

Experience on creating technical documentation and preparing runbooks and release documentation.

Must exhibit a high-level end-to-end understanding of application design, construction, testing, deployment, and delivery.

Ability to work independently, prioritizes existing projects, and proactively determine areas requiring additional attention, monitoring, or maintenance.

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate results through various media, both visually and orally, is critical.

Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall software development environments.

Passion for building DevOps solutions with state-of-the-art technology.

Excellent communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving experience for debugging, testing and implementation.

Able to work as part of a virtual team in a culturally diverse background.
