We’re currently in search of a passionate and innovative colleague to join our Strategy & Creative team. As Creative Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for upholding BaAM’s high quality standards and brand promise by collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to bring ideas to life and ensure that all creative outputs align with a project’s creative intent.

Success in your role will be exemplified by showing initiative and adherence to BaAM’s organizational processes to plan, schedule, and coordinate the execution of creative concepts. Your laser-sharp attention to detail and ability to think outside of the box while staying on schedule and within budget will keep us at the top of our game.
A background in marketing, advertising, or a related field is highly desirable. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for creativity and a knack for organization, we would love to hear from you.
This position reports to the Creative Director and is a hybrid role, providing flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage communication for creative projects from concept to completion
- Develop project timelines in collaboration with design, production and event management, and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain project documentation and track progress
- Provide regular updates to project teams and senior management
- Ensure all creative outputs align with project timelines
- Liaise with Creative, Design, and Production teams to understand project requirements
- Identify any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
- Ensure effective communication between all project team members
- Assist in the development of creative strategies and concepts
- Other duties as assigned
