We are now in search of a Legal Administrative Assistant with experience in Corporate. This is a great opportunity to further your legal career, with a busy & successful firm in their beautiful office located in downtown Victoria.
Scope of the role :
The Legal Administrative Assistant will be supporting a partner and two associates and is responsible for all aspects of managing client and file information, including establishing and maintaining organizational systems to manage paper-flow; client contact; drafting and filing documents; billing and administrative tasks.
Opportunity : full time, permanent
Salary : 55K to 65K, depending on experience
Start : ASAP
Location : downtown Victoria, BC

Responsibilities
