Don’t miss out—apply and connect with us today!Salary : Based on experience About youTo succeed in this role, you'll need : 3+ years of experience as a Commercial / Residential Real Estate Law ClerkKnowledge of Registry, Land Titles and Polaris systems for title searching and registration in both paper-based and electronic land registration systemsExperience with electronic database filings and processing high volumes of documentationCollege Law Clerk Diploma or Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario CertificateStrong computer skills in Word, Outlook, and ExcelStrong work ethic, problem-solving, and commitment to excellenceBilingual (French) reading and writing abilities are an assetAbout the roleIf hired, you will : Assist lawyers with commercial real estate transactions and due diligence tasksConduct, review, and report on title and off-title searches for transactionsInteract with the land registry office to resolve unique title issues in real-timeManage and organize portfolio transactions while liaising with key stakeholdersDraft key documents, including requisitions, closing documents, and final reportsParticipate in closing, purchase sale, and financing transactionsBe responsible for matter management and data management, including scoping and budgetingPerks & BenefitsComprehensive health benefits (Medical, Dental)Up to 3 weeks of paid vacationRRSP MatchingTuition subsidiesApplied to this job already?
