Legal Counsel – Commercial Real Estate

Are you a keen negotiator?

Would you like to have a key role in the management of leasing activities, including renewals, disposals and sub-leases?

Our client, a well-established real estate company operating across Canada, is currently looking for legal counsel specializing in lease management to join its team of specialists.

YOUR ROLE :

The ideal candidate will include :

Act as an advisor to the team
Support commercial real estate transactions;
Write, negotiate, update and coordinate commercial leases with the various stakeholders involved;
Manage commercial and residential real estate transactions in Quebec, Ontario and Canada;
Ensure and maintain positive relationships

SKILLS REQUIRED :

Law degree and member of the Barreau du Québec or the Chambre des notaires ;

Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience, specifically in leasing;

Retail experience an asset

Good analytical skills and judgement;

Good sense of responsibility, organization and priorities

Good communication skills, both written and spoken, and proficiency in English;

Dynamic, efficient, team player.
