THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- P.Eng designation in British Columbia
- 5 to 10 years of experience within several of the following areas : Water / Wastewater treatment plant design and operations, Stormwater Management, Landfill Closure, Design of remedial systems for Contaminated sites and NPRI reporting,
- Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil, Chemical or Environmental Engineering
- Experience working in Environmental consulting or industry related experience
- Ability to interpret and apply environmental engineering principals, regulations and technical guidelines to area of specialization
- Ability to work under broad direction from senior engineers and use independent judgement to problem solve. Ability to identify opportunities and challenges to projects.
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Effectively manage project timelines / deadlines
- Energized to supervise, coach and mentor junior engineers as required
- Proficiency using MS Office
- Valid BC Driver's License
