We work with clients to thoughtfully integrate their needs, branding a unique style to craft a well-designed, functional space that brings their vision into existence. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Representative to join our design-build firm. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the design-build industry, a passion for sales, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships that align with our company’s vision.Key Responsibilities : Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand our client base.Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential projects.Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, ensuring a seamless sales experience.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project needs and align our services accordingly.Negotiate and close deals, ensuring terms align with both client expectations and company goals.Foster long-term partnerships by maintaining regular communication and providing ongoing support.Work closely with internal teams, including design and construction, to ensure smooth project handovers.Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials.Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote the company and generate new business.Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts, providing regular reports to leadership.Qualifications & Skills : Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably within the design-build, construction, or real estate industry.Strong network of industry contacts and ability to develop new relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting software is an asset.Must have a valid BC Drivers License and vehicle.Must be legally able to work in Canada.
