Description de poste9-month contract (Parental leave coverage) Full-time Remote-first with flexible work hours Execute and refine PPC strategies based on high-level direction from Account Managers Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Expand into TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Tumblr, and other platforms as needed Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns to achieve client KPIs (traffic, cost per lead, ROAS, sales, etc.) Ensure resource efficiency , balancing service levels with a strategic focus on high-priority opportunities Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure alignment on goals, reporting, and client strategy Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and budget management Develop PPC-specific strategies across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and LinkedIn Ads Expand into secondary advertising platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, etc.) when needed Analyze campaign performance , adjusting bids, ad creatives, and targeting for better ROAS and lower CPL Work closely with Account Managers to develop integrated PPC strategies Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve performance Review client briefs and process documents in ClickUp to ensure campaign success Participate in team discussions to prioritize optimizations Balance service levels with high-impact campaign adjustments Track and report on key PPC performance metrics Ensure billable hours align with campaign impact and efficiency goals Maintain adherence to internal processes and workflows Meet or exceed assigned client KPIs (ROAS, CPL, traffic, etc.) Optimize PPC spend to improve efficiency and performance Maintain service levels while effectively prioritizing time across accounts Develop strong collaboration with Account Managers for seamless strategy execution 5+ years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management Experience with Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads Strong ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for better performance Comfortable working autonomously while aligning with overall strategy Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Strong collaboration skills to work with Account Managers and internal teams Experience with automation tools, Google Ads Scripts, or AI-driven ad optimizations Exposure to TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Tumblr Ads Organization & time management – ability to balance multiple campaigns effectively Analytical thinking – data-driven decision-making to improve PPC performance Detail-oriented execution – precision in optimizing campaigns and budgets Proactive & driven – ability to spot opportunities for improvement Flexible work hours (remote-first culture) 3+ weeks of vacation per year (plus your birthday off) Bonus days off between Christmas and New Year Half-days on Fridays Extended health benefits Health Spending Account Mental Health Support & Wellness Program Education Reimbursement & Team Development Days Annual Company Retreats This role also has the potential for a full-time permanent position based on performance and company capacity .
Salary :
