    We’re looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to step in for parental leave coverage and drive performance across our paid media campaigns. If you’re an experienced PPC strategist who loves optimizing campaigns, managing ad spend efficiently, and working with a collaborative team—this role is for you.

    About the Role

    As a Senior PPC Specialist , you will :

  • Execute and refine PPC strategies based on high-level direction from Account Managers
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Expand into TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Tumblr, and other platforms as needed
  • Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns to achieve client KPIs (traffic, cost per lead, ROAS, sales, etc.)
  • Ensure resource efficiency , balancing service levels with a strategic focus on high-priority opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure alignment on goals, reporting, and client strategy
  • This role is highly strategic and execution-focused . You’ll have the autonomy to fine-tune PPC campaigns , but won’t be directly client-facing. Instead, you’ll work alongside Account Managers to deliver high-performing ad campaigns .

    A Day in the Life of a Senior PPC Specialist

    Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and budget management
  • Develop PPC-specific strategies across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Expand into secondary advertising platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, etc.) when needed
  • Analyze campaign performance , adjusting bids, ad creatives, and targeting for better ROAS and lower CPL
  • Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with Account Managers to develop integrated PPC strategies
  • Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve performance
  • Review client briefs and process documents in ClickUp to ensure campaign success
  • Participate in team discussions to prioritize optimizations
  • Efficiency & Reporting

  • Balance service levels with high-impact campaign adjustments
  • Track and report on key PPC performance metrics
  • Ensure billable hours align with campaign impact and efficiency goals
  • Maintain adherence to internal processes and workflows
  • Key Goals & Accountabilities

  • Meet or exceed assigned client KPIs (ROAS, CPL, traffic, etc.)
  • Optimize PPC spend to improve efficiency and performance
  • Maintain service levels while effectively prioritizing time across accounts
  • Develop strong collaboration with Account Managers for seamless strategy execution
  • What We’re Looking For

    Must-Have Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for better performance
  • Comfortable working autonomously while aligning with overall strategy
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with Account Managers and internal teams
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications :

  • Experience with automation tools, Google Ads Scripts, or AI-driven ad optimizations
  • Exposure to TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Tumblr Ads
  • Key Soft Skills :
