We’re looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to step in for parental leave coverage and drive performance across our paid media campaigns. If you’re an experienced PPC strategist who loves optimizing campaigns, managing ad spend efficiently, and working with a collaborative team—this role is for you.
About the Role
As a Senior PPC Specialist , you will :
Execute and refine PPC strategies based on high-level direction from Account ManagersManage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn AdsExpand into TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Tumblr, and other platforms as neededAnalyze performance data and adjust campaigns to achieve client KPIs (traffic, cost per lead, ROAS, sales, etc.)Ensure resource efficiency , balancing service levels with a strategic focus on high-priority opportunitiesCollaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure alignment on goals, reporting, and client strategyThis role is highly strategic and execution-focused . You’ll have the autonomy to fine-tune PPC campaigns , but won’t be directly client-facing. Instead, you’ll work alongside Account Managers to deliver high-performing ad campaigns .
A Day in the Life of a Senior PPC Specialist
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and budget managementDevelop PPC-specific strategies across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and LinkedIn AdsExpand into secondary advertising platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, etc.) when neededAnalyze campaign performance , adjusting bids, ad creatives, and targeting for better ROAS and lower CPLCollaboration & Strategy
Work closely with Account Managers to develop integrated PPC strategiesProvide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve performanceReview client briefs and process documents in ClickUp to ensure campaign successParticipate in team discussions to prioritize optimizationsEfficiency & Reporting
Balance service levels with high-impact campaign adjustmentsTrack and report on key PPC performance metricsEnsure billable hours align with campaign impact and efficiency goalsMaintain adherence to internal processes and workflowsKey Goals & Accountabilities
Meet or exceed assigned client KPIs (ROAS, CPL, traffic, etc.)Optimize PPC spend to improve efficiency and performanceMaintain service levels while effectively prioritizing time across accountsDevelop strong collaboration with Account Managers for seamless strategy executionWhat We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign managementExperience with Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn AdsStrong ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for better performanceComfortable working autonomously while aligning with overall strategyFamiliarity with ClickUp or other project management toolsHighly organized, analytical, and detail-orientedStrong collaboration skills to work with Account Managers and internal teamsNice-to-Have Qualifications :
