Description de postePrevious management experience leading a medium to large full-service room in a fast-paced and busy environment Experience with scheduling, hiring, training, reporting Strong knowledge of product, guest service, and quality standards Exceptional TeeM management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills and the ability to motivate and mentor others, as well as act as a change agent Strong organization and time management skills Understanding of plant based food lifestyle an asset Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions in English, as well as strong interpersonal communication skills Able to think independently while working with the direction provided by the Operations TeeM and the Ownership group Base salary is $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience and performance. Bonus program amounts to up to $12,000 per year depending on the financial performance of the business. Results are rewarded. 8000-$10,000 per year in tips, paid out biweekly. Our posted compensation range at minimum includes salary, with the maximum including full salary potential, tips + bonus. Extended Health & Dental Benefits after 3 months. Job Specs
- Provide leadership, guidance, training; act as a mentor to leads and front line staff
- Work with the GM to drive restaurant success through guest and employee happiness
- Maintain a strong floor presence to provide an amazing guest experience to all who visit the restaurant
- Collaborate with our passionate Ownership, In-House and Operations TeeMs to ensure staff and guests have a great time while eating delicious food!
