We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Aurum's projects. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and involves managing all aspects of operations, from project planning and scheduling to resource management, budget control, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen ability to streamline processes to ensure project success.
Salary : $60K-$70K per year (Based on Experience)
Responsibilities :
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of ongoing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise site supervisors and other field staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Maintain control and inventory management of all Aurum cleaning equipment.
- Oversee the planning and allocation of resources, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
- Ensure that projects stay within budget, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to and maintain compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure all projects meet quality control standards and client specifications.
- Negotiate budgets with cleaning personnel for piecework projects.
- Manage workloads through effective workforce planning including optimizing available cleaners and identifying requirements for additional headcount.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams; ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- All other duties as assigned.
