Reusables.com is revolutionizing food packaging with an enterprise technology solution designed for institutions like universities and hospitals. Our system replaces single-use packaging with traceable, reusable food containers, helping clients save six figures annually while improving sustainability.

By enabling institutions to manage their own container programs using in-house dishwashing facilities, we eliminate the complexity and cost barriers of reusable packaging. Our technology ensures a seamless user experience, driving 99%+ return rates without requiring Reusables to own inventory.

About the Role :

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. In this role, you will identify and engage prospective clients, build lasting relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless sales process. What You’ll Be Doing :

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Close new business to achieve or exceed revenue goals.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to align on lead generation strategies.
  • Partner with customer support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to enhance offerings based on client insights.
  • Performance Tracking

  • Track sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools.
  • Report on sales performance and forecast revenue trends.
  • Leverage data to refine sales strategies and optimize results.
  • What You’ll Bring To The Team :

  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales or account executive role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Please note : This is a hybrid position with a minimum of one day working from our beautiful office in Downtown Vancouver.

    Compensation :  $60,000 - $80,000 + Commission + Stock Options

    The ocean already contains 165 million tonnes of plastic. By 2050, plastic in the ocean will outweigh fish. In that same year, GHG emissions associated with plastic production, use and disposal , would account for 15% of allowed emissions as per the Paris Agreement . Recycling is the current solution to single-use plastic, however only 5% of plastic is recycled in the U.S. (9% in Canada). Governments around the world are banning single-use plastics and leading businesses have made commitments to eliminate packaging waste across their product offerings by 2030. Experts have proven reusable packaging in a circular economy to be the most environmentally sustainable option. However, food businesses, our primary target market, are facing a major challenge in the adoption of reusables : the costs and complexity associated with offering reusable packaging on their own are untenable. For consumers, there currently is no mainstream option for reusable packaging.
