Duties also encompass coordinating building maintenance, addressing tenant concerns, conducting property inspections, troubleshooting emergencies, and overseeing service provider contracts. Additionally, responsibilities include invoicing tenants, collecting payments, and ensuring common areas are maintained professionally and to a high standard.What you need to succeed : The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in business, administration, or real estate, along with a mandatory Rental Property Management license. A Real Estate license and certifications or technical training in property or building maintenance are advantageous.
