This role ensures the efficient and reliable scheduling and monitoring of critical business processes.Responsibilities : Control-M Administration : O Install, configure, and maintain Control-M servers, agents, and related components.O Manage Control-M environments, including upgrades, patches, and backups.O Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.O Manage user access and security permissions.Job Scheduling and Automation : O Design and implement complex job schedules and workflows using Control-M.O Develop and maintain Control-M jobs, folders, and smart folders.O Automate manual tasks and processes to improve efficiency.O Troubleshoot and resolve job scheduling issues.Workload Management : O Optimize workload distribution and resource utilization.O Implement and manage workload balancing and failover mechanisms.O Monitor and analyze job execution performance.O Implement control-M alerts, and notifications.Integration and Development : O Integrate Control-M with other systems and applications.O Develop and maintain Control-M scripts and utilities.O Utilize Control-M APIs for automation and integration.Troubleshooting and Support : O Provide technical support to users and resolve Control-M-related issues.O Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.O Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions.Documentation and Compliance : O Create and maintain accurate documentation of Control-M configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.O Ensure compliance with relevant security and audit requirements.Collaboration : Work closely with development, operations, and other IT teams to ensure smooth job scheduling and execution
