Adecco is currently seeking an experienced MRO Coordinator for a 24-month contract role based in Ajax, Ontario. The MRO Coordinator will be responsible for optimizing work processes, expediting the flow of work, and ensuring parts are available to meet delivery schedules. The role requires strong coordination skills and a keen eye for efficiency. If you are looking for a dynamic role that supports operational excellence, this opportunity could be for you!
Pay rate : $24-$27 / hour.
Location : Ajax, ON
Shifts : Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm

New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities :
Expedite the flow of work throughout the RO Shop floor to meet or exceed required delivery dates.
Collaborate with Planners and ODC Coordinators to ensure parts availability and meet flow requirements.
Ensure work order kits are complete and ready to build as per the weekly schedule.
Optimize work processes to improve efficiency and overall productivity.
Create, maintain, and publish daily and weekly status reports as required.
Liaise with other departments to ensure parts availability and resolve any delays.
Willing to carry the AOG phone after hours on a rotation Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
University degree or college diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
SAP experience is an asset.
