Our reputable client is looking for an Accounting Coordinator , supporting in both accounting and administrative functions, to join their busy, service-based office located in Calgary.
Working alongside a fast-paced, work hard / play hard team, the perfect candidate will bring with them previous accounting and administrative experience to jump in and hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate will bring with them excellent prioritization and multitasking skills, the ability to problem solve and pivot at the drop of a dime, as well as the natural ability to see a need and act on it accordingly.

Duties and Responsibilities :
The key job functions are :
- Organizing and entering data into Sage
- Dealing with purchase orders, reconcilations, invoicing, etc.
- Managing materials and inventory
- Answering phone calls
- Coordinating shipping and receiving
- General administrative support for the office
- Supporting the accounting team wherever needed
