A Quebecois insurance broker, serving its clientele for over 50 years and partnering with multiple insurance companies offering a wide range of solutions, is seeking a bilingual French-English receptionist for its office located in Saint-Léonard in East Montreal.
The position provides a family-oriented environment with a 40-hour work week, from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm with a one-hour lunch break.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors who arrive at the reception.
Prepare shipments by courier or mail.
Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them; take messages when necessary.
Organize the management of meeting room reservations.
Ensure conference rooms are tidy at all times.
Manage stationery supplies and order necessary supplies.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
Excellent customer service skills
