- Greeting visitors.

- Drafting letters to brokers using relevant information.
- Distributing received faxes and documents to the appropriate department.
- Supporting other departments with various administrative tasks.
- Performing any other duties related to the position.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with computers.
