Business Development Manager - CCaaS

Overview :

Responsible for developing business on CCaaS and UCaaS through South America region.

Responsibilities :

Work closely with sales account managers to identify key projects to sell CX Solutions

Continuously grow and expand knowledge of Unify / Mitel across the entire portfolio

Support the account planning process and carry out strategic plans

Earn the trust of senior IT and business executives of enterprise accounts and create long-term partnerships with customers

Work closely with product teams, product engineering, professional services, and product support to ensure a world-class customer experience

Support customer meetings through presentations like whiteboarding or formal presentations, demonstrations and conversations around Contact Center solutions.

Respond RFX, being responsible to build a winner solution

Elaborate technical and commercial proposals

Handover projects from pre-sales to Operation and Delivery team

Requirements :

Computer Engineer, Network Engineer, Computer Scientist or similar

Proven knowledge of Contact Center solutions (on premise and cloud)

Proven experience in pre-sales activities (at least 3 years)

A team player with the ability to communicate well with team and customers.

English proficiency

Spanish will be a plus.

Strong analytical skills combined with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.

Takes ownership and follows through on decisions and actions.

Additional Preferred Skills :

Customer-facing sales skills : It's expected from candidate to feel comfortable engaging with customers from different positions, roles and levels.

In-depth technical knowledge of CCaaS and UCaaS : showcasing Senior Pre-Sales skills through presentations, meetings, product demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions or additional customer-oriented activities
