Description du poste

  • Prendre 40 à 60 appels entrants de clients par le biais de divers canaux de communication afin de fournir une expérience de service à la clientèle exceptionnelle, en faisant de chaque interaction avec le client une expérience exceptionnelle (téléphone / email).
  • Vous vous concentrez sur l'aide aux clients lorsqu'ils ont le plus besoin de nous, en répondant avec empathie à une variété de questions, en aidant avec une myriade de solutions bancaires et en résolvant les problèmes des clients dès le premier point de contact.
  • Demandes quotidiennes : questions bancaires courantes, ouvertures de compte, aide au changement de mot de passe, demandes d'imputation sur les cartes de crédit, etc.
  • Contribuer aux résultats de l'équipe en aidant tous les collègues à répondre avec succès aux besoins des clients.
  • Cultiver et entretenir des relations avec les partenaires afin de travailler en équipe.
  • Gérer les risques en respectant les routines, les processus et les contrôles de conformité afin de protéger les intérêts des clients et des actionnaires.
  • Informer et aider les clients à utiliser les capacités numériques de nos clients.

One of our clients is looking for a fully bilingual customer service banking advisor to join their team on a 6 month renewable contract.

Must be available for shifts anytime between Monday and Friday from 6am - 3am. The responsibilities include :

  • Taking 40-60 inbound calls clients through various communication channels to deliver an outstanding customer service experience, making every client interaction an exceptional one (phone / email)
  • Focus on helping clients when they need us most, by responding empathetically to a variety of questions, assisting with a myriad of banking solutions and resolving client concerns at first point of contact
  • Day to day inquiries : everyday banking questions, account openings, help on changing passwords, charge inquiries on credit card etc.
  • Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one team
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests
  • Educate and assist clients with using our clients digital capabilities
