Our client a fullservice firm located in downtownVancouver is seeking an experienced Real EstateParalegal to join their team.
Thisposition would be a great opportunity for an experiencedprofessional looking for a collegial and supportive workenvironment with flexibility to meet the candidate’scircumstances and the firm’s needs.
GeneralResponsibilities :
- Reviewcommercial contracts of purchase and sale easements rights of waysubdivisions and strata planfiling
- Pr eparedocuments concerning acquisitions and sales of various types ofcommercial properties financing and development ofland
- Attend to theregistration of documents and security in land title offices andother governmentregistries
- Conduct due diligencesearches and provide comprehensive summaries to assist indecisionmakingprocesses
- Liaise with allinternal and external parties involved with the transactionincluding preparation ofcorrespondence
- Assist with otherresponsibilities asneeded
Qualifications &Attributes :
The ideal candidate willpossess 5 years of experience handling Commercial Real EstateParalegal work excellent organizational skills high attention todetail and a proven ability to handle assigned tasks independentlyand as part of a team.
Energy commitmentcuriosity and creativity are highlyvalued.
