About the Role :
As District Manager for Eastern Canada, you’ll lead the way in elevating branch performance across this critical region.
Overseeing established locations and new acquisitions, you’ll drive growth by optimizing both sales and operations. Responsible for delivering a seamless experience across multiple branches, you’ll be the force behind aligning branch efforts with company goals, setting sales strategies, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
This is more than a management position it’s a pivotal role to ensure our client’s continued growth and influence in the market.
Based within Eastern Canada, this role will involve travel to each branch within the region, allowing you to directly impact and support their success.
Who We’re Looking For :
We’re looking for a strategic leader with 5+ years of district or regional management experience, ideally in building materials or a related industry.
Bilingual would be an asset but not essential. If you’re passionate about driving results, mentoring teams, and leading successful branch operations.
With a keen understanding of financial performance, a talent for sales growth, and a talent for exceptional customer service, you’re ready to take on this key role.

Location :
Responsible for locations throughout Ontario and Quebec, this role will be accountable for growing the business in Eastern Canada.
You can be located anywhere in Ontario or Quebec if you are near to a major airport and comfortable with travel up to 50% of your time.
Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Hamilton, Mississauga, Brampton, Guelph, and London are all considered.
Compensation :
Base salary : $160,000 - $210,000 + bonus.
