Marketing Manager (Health / Insurance)

- Salaried : $60 to $70 per hour.
- Incorporated Business Rate : $74 to $84 per hour.

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Product team to design and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for optional member products, including Life, Critical Illness, and AD&D.
- Develop high-quality omni-channel marketing collateral for external clients.
- Lead the creation and delivery of digital marketing content using agency support and design tools.
- Ideate and craft innovative creative concepts in partnership with a creative agency.
- Execute marketing campaigns aligned with business metrics and objectives, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage projects effectively in a cross-functional environment, meeting deadlines and content requirements.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Stay informed of digital marketing trends and integrate them into strategies.
What you will need to succeed :
- University or college degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in digital marketing.
- Experience in the health or insurance industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and materials that drive sales and product growth.
- Strong project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills for impactful omni-channel marketing collateral.
- Experience analyzing data and metrics to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Positive relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are an asset.
- Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently while knowing when to engage with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable ideas.
- French language skills are an asset.
