A leading marine service provider is currently searching for an HSQE Lead to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in collaborating within the HSQE team and supporting the Operations department to enhance safety and quality standards across operations.
You will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and ensuring compliance with international, federal, and local regulations.

The Role :
- Lead and provide operational guidance on H&S functions to support compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and emergency response programs.
- Conduct incident investigations and participate in proactive safety assessments.
Qualifications :
- Degree or Diploma in H&S or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in safety or a related field, with strong regulatory knowledge.
- Familiarity with ISM, ISPS, MLC, and experience in the marine or related industries preferred.
