Our client, EllisDon, is seeking an experienced and bilingual Chief Estimator to join their team in Montréal, QC. This role is pivotal in supporting multiple large-scale building construction projects, each valued at over $100 million.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a minimum of 10 years of Estimating experience and 15 years in the Construction industry, and must be eligible for security clearance.
Experience in building construction is required, focusing on estimating for major projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of Estimators across various projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide accurate estimates and manage all estimating functions.
- Ensure alignment with company goals while managing estimation processes across multiple projects.
Qualifications :
- At least 10 years of Estimating experience, with 15 years in the Construction industry.
- Experience working on building construction projects exceeding $100 million.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience coaching and developing Estimators.
