The Implementation Consultant is responsible for delivering implementation and training for our enterprise on-premise software, axiUm.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of building solid relationships with our clients by providing them with an exceptional service experience through well-developed tools and a robust customer-centric attitude.

This is a hybrid role, with one to two days in office per week, to facilitate brainstorming and team building. Our office is located across from Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute deliverables based on confirmed scope, goals, timelines and resource needs.
- Ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope and within budget.
- Use project management tools to track deliverables progress, risks, tasks and manage communication with the team and clients.
- Analyze customer workflows and provide recommendations on how best to utilize our software to achieve their business goals.
- Lead software configuration, testing and deployment based on client’s needs
- Implement and configure the software by entering the necessary data and settings based on the client’s workflows requirements.
- Conduct testing and examine every component of the software to make sure they work based on the requirements.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including configuration checklist, testing scripts and training materials.
- Train new and existing users remotely and on-site on best business practices, fitting their institution's needs to our software and ensuring effective adoption and usage.
- Deliver presentations or consultation to new and existing users (range from 1 user to 60 users) remotely or on-site in a classroom setting.
- Liaising with the client and internal project team according to standard processes, and providing end-user feedback with the goal to improve the project cycle, product quality and usability.
- Deliver exceptional service experiences with clients.
- Mentor new hires
Qualifications & Requirements :
- 4+ years experience in a client-facing enterprise application implementation consulting role.
- A degree or diploma in a post-secondary technical program or related experience.
- Proven software implementation experience, including workflow analysis, configuration, testing and training.
- Exceptional customer-focused attitude, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in the dental or health care industry is an asset.
- Up to 40% of Canada, U.S., and international travel to support team members at client sites or to attend industry conferences and events.

Compensation & Benefits
The posted range for this position is between $ 85,000 CAD - $90,000 CAD which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role.
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications & education etc.
